Blue Strawberry is recognising a new trend and demand for locally grown organic produce and offering their clients a choice of organic menus. We are passionate about seriously good food, selecting sustainable, quality ingredients such as organic, fair trade produce and special breeds for Blue Strawberry’s menus. Molly, the director, and her head chef work together to produce innovative canapé and dinner menus that fit both the client’s brief and budget. Menus change according to the seasons, to ensure that locally sourced ingredients are organic and as fresh and delicious as possible.
